Successful implementations begin with a trainer coming on site to jointly develop a Training and Implementation Strategy Document. This document outlines current business processes and customization needs, identifies training groups, and outlines responsibilities by task and user to determine project management timelines.

National Seminars

Our annual Client Conference, presented by FireStream’s expert training and support staff, provides quality training in popular destination cities. In addition to large and small classroom settings, we have open forum sessions during which clients can share best practices.

Webinars

Now with the added convenience of on-line training seminars, it is easier than ever to reap the rewards of time and money well spent. We invite you to utilize conference facilities so that you can include a maximum number of participants for one low fee.

Webinars are not designed as a replacement for support calls or for on-site training, but rather as supplemental training for new employees or veteran users with new areas of responsibility.
