Executive Management, Officers and Directors. The executive officers and directors of the Company are as follows:
Aaron Walsh - Director of Sales and Marketing
Aaron has 8 years of experience in the petroleum industry. He joined FireStream in 2007 as a Regional Sales Manager and was promoted to Director of Sales and Marketing in August 2008. Aaron has a BS in Business and an MBA from West Texas A&M.
Curt Hummel - Controller
Curt Hummel has 15 years experience in the finance and accounting operations of growing companies where he successfully assists business owners in obtaining their goals.
Prior to joining FireStream, Curt spent seven years directing the financial operations of Demand Management, Inc., a fast growing technology company providing supply chain management software. Other experience includes three years as Assistant Controller at Global Med Technologies, a public company providing blood bank management software and three years working as an accountant in the healthcare industry. Curt is a CPA with a BS in Accounting from Western International University in Phoenix, AZ.
Glenn Turner - CEO & Founder
was President and a Director of the company since July 2001. Assumed role of CEO in August 2008 in conjunction with John Lutz's promotion to President. Since 1988, Glenn has been involved in software application design, development and implementation at companies around the world. From 1996 through 2001, Glenn was in a leadership position with Ernst & Young overseeing teams implementing and customizing software for nearly a dozen fortune 500 companies. Prior to Ernst & Young, Glenn held key positions with Automatic Data Processing, Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Virginia and St. Louis based TALX Corporation. Glenn received his MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University and a BA from University of Richmond.
John Lutz - President & Chief Technology Officer
has been with FireStream since December 2006, initially serving as the company’s Vice President, Sales and Marketing/Chief Technology Officer. Lutz was promoted to President in August 2008. Before joining Firestream, he was Vice President of Sales and Technology for the Davidson Oil Company (a FireStream customer) for eight years. In this role he made a significant impact on Davidson’s growth via sales, operational efficiency and technology utilization. Lutz also has served as the Regional Sales Manager for B&G Chemical Company and was the Vice President of Operations for an industrial service company. A native of Amarillo, Texas, John holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in Business and Spanish from Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas, and did postgraduate study of chemical pesticides at Texas A&M University.
Steve Lange - Director
has been with FireStream since April 2005 serving as the company’s Director of Corporate Development responsible for developing the business through acquisition. Mr. Lange is also a shareholder and director. Prior to joining the company, Lange served 20 years at Washington, Missouri based Sporlan Valve Company in a variety of leadership positions in finance and operations. Lange was instrumental to the growth of Sporlan, a family-owned business, until it was sold last year to a public company. Mr. Lange has a BA from Wake Forest University and an MBA from Washington University.
